Complaint regarding defective product from Flipkart

I brought a Canon sx530hs camera from on 18th of May 2016. After opening the package I found out that the flash wasn’t properly working. I immediately informed them regarding that issue and also apply for a refund request because a 10 days of replacement policy was there. But they refused to take that defective item back and told me that they would send experts to my location to look after the matter, but no one came, no phone call, no text …nothing. I am a college student, somehow I managed some money to buy a good camera…but this is the defective camera has given,where the flash doesn’t even flash.
So I request comsumer forum authority to look after this matter and l am appealing for necessary actions.
Your kindness will be highly solicited.please help me.
