I ordered a maharaja whiteline food processor with order no OD306481560614487000 on 8.7.16 same is delivered on 9.7.16 as we found Same is not working putted request for replacement. Pickup boy came on 10.7.16 without replacement so we didn’t gave item and again requested for return & refund. Pickup boy came again on 11.7.16 and after checking told some items are missing so request for missing item & refund.
Again we requested the same. After that no pickup is coming we requested oneach morning and received SMS in evening that pickup canceled as you decided to keep the product.
We requested same on 12/13/14 &15 Of July 2016 and same thing is happened. Flipcart is just passing time to reach their Max time of refund policy of 10 days. After so much complaint there is no solution.
