Complaint regarding defective product from Flipkart

I purchased an Orpat OHM -207 Hand Blender from flipkart and received product on 15 March 2015 vide order id: OD202324300233076301. The product was found to be broken, and defective. The complaint was lodged immediately within 5mins on the receipt  of the product with the flipkart.

Mxxxxj Kxxxxr from the customer care of flipkart collected the product 18 march 2015 and informed the same to the authority from our mobile phone.

Even after returning the product, everyday i m receiving messages that :
Hi! Return item Orpat -207 hand ble… in your flipkart .com order will be picked up by Lekhpal Yadhav (08447145831) before 7PM today. Please keep the product ready with original packaging and accessories.

Not only messages, infact everyday a new customer care representative knocks at my door and asks to collect the product.

I called up the customer care and had a word with Ms. Axxxxa, stock supervisor flipkart, and she said that the product has not received in our warehouse yet. Plz keep patience!…

But still i m getting messages, neither replacement is given nor they have returned my payment.

I m a student, my exams are going on and everyday i m very much disturbed with messages and attending customer care representatives.

I want my money back. Please do the needful.
