We had purchased Mini Sewing Machine from Home Shop 18 on 2nd April, 2016 and it was delivered on 5th April, 2016. The product was not in a working condition and we got it replaced but again the product didn’t turned up as expected and after several followups with the vendor the product was again replaced and third time also the product was not in a working condition. And even during this period while we were complaining about our product during phone calls, the team asked us to get in touch with the service team to get it repair which ideally is not our responsibility as we have purchased a fresh product from HomeShop 18. After so much of followups on mail and calls the product was replaced in June. The final product we got in June after so much of replacements(~4 times) still didn’t working. I requested HomeShop 18 to refund our money back as we did not want to play any more games of replacements, but they replied that it is not in their company policy to refund money, if the customer has contacted them after 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product.They replaced the product again and as expected the product didn’t work.

Request you to please help on this. We want our money to be refunded back.
