Complaint regarding defective product from housefull

I ordered refer HFOD06059, a sofa for 27992.00Rs. They sent me a damaged item.During the order delivery too they made me run around for 2-3 weeks for followup to deliver. When i asked for fix through email, whatsapp support and even on twitter handle, they keep promising to fix but never did. I filed a complaint on email on 31/Oct/16 which they ack on 2/Nov/16 and since then followed up 5 times on twitter, twice on whatsapp and thrice on email but no response. I paid using credit card and expect full refund of money with interest.

I am also attaching damaged product sample and have many other photos, if required for your reference.Please do the needful.
