I have purchased a rechargeable fan from infibeam.com last month which has been delivered to me on 7th of May’16. Even after 12 hours charging the fan is not working in battery. Then I started discussing with their customer care dept through email. Although earlier I got 2/3 calls/mails from them but they are not responding now. Its already 15 days gone. If summer will go out then the fan will remain for no use. Please help.
