Complaint regarding defective product from Infrill

I ordered a watch from Infrill.com on 12th-June-2018 for Rs. 2990.
It was delivered on 14th June-2018. as I saw the watch was broken/ damaged and also there was no quality in the product I raised the return on 19th June.
I took 5 days to raise the return because I tried to raise return on 14th but as its status was not updated as delivered I was not able to raise the return on 14th June and contacted their customer care on 15th June via mail.I had to contact 2-3 times to raise the return as well and somehow was able to raise return on 19th June.

I got an auto generated mail that I will be getting an update for return on 4th july but I have not recived any update from even after many follow ups.

Please help me in this regard.
