Complaint regarding defective product from onlinestation

We ordered Original magic bullet combo + nicer dicer plus + free gift for rs. 3250/- product from www.onlinestation.in, they delivered both the products in damaged condition thru the FEDEX courier services. whereas they nicer dicer plus for rs. 1250/- where we can get same product for rs. 250/- in market. Immediately i try to contact them thru given contact number in website but its not working and came to know that they blocked my contact number (till product delivery this contact number worked and they responded).

Immediately i try to contact the site owners thru given address in their site ( online station, 5/19, messent rd, sewree(e), mumbai, maharastra, India) no response,

Same happend issue i send thru query block in onlinesation.in site, but no response and send several emails to return@onlinestation.in, but every email is bouncing back. then i came to know that they blocked my mail id too.

My request is only to take back their damaged products and return my amount back(3250/-).

    Same with me. I have been trying through all possible ways, email, regd post a/d and the same is returned with the remark addressee not traceable. I wanted to return the damaged slicerdicer plus for which I paid 1200/ COD whereas the cost is shown as 999/- along with a warranty of 2 yrs and a gift of 500/-. All bunkum.
