I had bought a FIbit Charge HR from shopmonk.com and received it on July 15th, 2016. Once i received the product, i found out that it was a defective piece. Hence, i immediately mailed them about the defective product and requested for a replacement or refund of the amount. They did not get back to me for a week and once i persistently called them, they told me that the product will be picked up and a replacement will be sent. Finally after couple of days, they picked up the defective product.

After a week, they sent me the same defective product saying that it all good and has been tested. I tried to trouble shoot it by contacting the Fitbit customer care wherein they told me that the product is indeed defective and has to be replaced. It has been a week since i again mailed them for either a replacement or refund but i am getting no response. Even the customer care number does not work. I do not have any option than posting my frustration here.
