Complaint regarding defective product from

I want to state that I have an issue regarding refund of my money from I ordered a power bank from the site. The details of the order is as follows Order ID: OID111078. Order Date: Jun 5, Item Details : JBL 4000 Mah Power bank

It is delivered to me with in 4-5 working days through COD payment mode. Then I checked the powerbank whether it is working properly or not. But it was totally chargeless. So I put it into charge for 4 hours. Then I checked it by connecting it to mobile but the mobile was only charged for 7-8 minutes. I tried 2-3 times this way but resulted the same. So I decided to exchange the product as it is not worked properly. But when I try to call customer care it was not reachable. So i sent a mail. But no any reply for the mail and i am trying continuously 2 to 3 days and I finally reachable and registered a complaint. The complaint no given by customer care is 597. Then I received a mail from them that the product is having no guarantee and no warranty. But at the time of shopping no such information given. And now also the product is not shown in the site as I want to verify the information. So I request you to help me by refunding my money back by returning the product.
