I had ordered for a pair of Puma brand shoes on Dec 24th 2014 from Jabong.com with an MRP of Rs.7999 but i realized in less than 3 months the shoe was cracking open on the toe end. I called up the customer service of Jabong and they said I need to formally write in. I started a mail chain with Jabong.com and they wrote back saying I need to connect with Puma as they are responsible for the issue.

After a series of mails exchanged with Puma from March 2015 till August 2015 they finally agreed that they will replace the shoe and directed Jabong.com to replace the shoe for me.

However now Jabong says they dont have the same shoe so they cant replace nor can refund the money. I have all records of mails sent/received from Jabong & Puma customer service.

Now neither Puma is responding to my mails nor Jabong.

I had been extremely patient all this while and exchanging mails with both the parties and just when I thought I had a resolution to the problem from Puma, Jabong is in no mood to compensate.

A product with an high MRP of 7999 cant be dealt with such callous approach.
