I ordered one D’link Router. When i received my product it was in an open sealed state. I complained the same with a negative feedback. While trying to check and use the product the product was faulty. I raised one complaint at ebay with claim id 2356602 and the mail i got after 3-5 days that refund has been approved but the same till date was not credited to my account. My Paisa Pay Id is 43664828908. Always i am getting calls from the ebay that they will process the refund immediately buut nothing was happening. Kindly help me.
