Complaint regarding defective Samsung refrigerator

I had purchased a new refrigerator from Samsung on 28.3.15 but was delivered a refrigerator which is frequently stopping and the door is also discolored since the time of purchase of the same. I have repeatedly informed them on email and their technicians have visited my house several times and have also agreed verbally that the refrigerator was defective but they have not rectified it and replaced it despite repeated reminders for the past 15 months.
