Complaint regarding defective tablet from snapdeal

I had ordered a new tablet online tablet form ICE BUDDY VIA TV SHOP DT 30/3/2015 through snapdeal. i received tablet in next week but it was not fresh piece so i mailed them and asked for procedure for which they replied to send tab back by courier. I returned the tab through postal speed post. after nearly two weeks when i asked them for returned tab status they directly refused to receive the same. so i again mailed them the details and my postal receipt delivery report. now being caught they acknowledge the delivery and ensure me to return the tab in 48 hours, and after waiting for almost 7 days now they again putting excuse the now no courier service is available so they cannot return the tab. Sir i humbly request to kindly help me.
