Complaint regarding defective TV from Flipkart

Sir we bought a mitashi smart TV by flipkart 29499 price but this product is very bad quality product we only trustly buyed on
But flipkart he gived a promise to return this product. Still 17/1/2018 i have Voice record also. But today flipkart syaing we cant do anything. U can ask to seller. I have evidence including all Voice records ..mails Order details.. Still day by day.. Bills ..iwill prove defectives on this product.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
