A xiomi 4 is purchased by me on27/05/2016 and delivered on 02/06/2016 from ebay. This product is not properly working then I take some steps for refunding the amount. The eBay company asks me for authorised letter then I send the job sheet that fulfils all the condition of authorised letter. Then eBay company asks me Date of arrival letter in the name of their company’s policy. Then the xiomi company’s service centre representative and Customer care both said that they will not provide me any letter other than jobsheet according to xiomi company’s policy. Both the company is cheating me in the name of their company’s policy. Please take some steps for solving this problem. My claim ID in eBay is 2066421.
