Complaint regarding defective Yureka Plus mobile

Yureka plus mobile company dispatched me damaged device and I am keep taking followups over email as well as over phone on number 18602122122, however every time I’m getting fake answer that your device will dispatch to you within 15days. I am getting such commitment since 12th Dec 15, almost a month has been passed however still there is no response.

Very very important I had word with Mr.Axxxxxxxv Sxxxxxxa from Yureka team supervisor who have committed that you will get new well furnished device which will be well tested at Yureka’s warehouse.

This is complete cheat to customer from Yureka’s end, I had already got cheat twice by Yureka company.I have raised many concerns pertaining to Yureka Plus phone. My complaint id is 1779379 and waybill number for new device delivery is 343511223526 this waybill is pending since 12th Dec 15 for new device dispatch delivery.

Note: I have marked 18/19 emails to raise all the concerns, however I have not got revert on any of my email.

I have raised poor feedback to Yureka Plus company, however Yureka team is least bother about it. Request you to help me so that I will get new device with all the issue get fixed by Yureka plus.
