I have purchased REDMI note 3 mobile through Snapdeal.I have placed an order on 5th October.Snapdeal delivered on 9th October as order id 15687096431 and invoice number SC7601/16-17/151343. My mobile have problem on 18th october. As per the company policy i have raised a return request. Every day company assured me our service engineer visited your place and resolve your issue. But nobody come to my place. Now then they suggested you just visit MI service center and provide me the service detail copy .on 26th October i have submitted the service copy to company , no one take my issue seriously.
