I had purchased Swipe Mobile Online from Flip kart for my daughter. After 5 months of purchasing, the battery was damaged automatically.

I had sent mail to Swipe mobile directly, mentioning that as it is under warranty period of 6 months, I don’t want replacement of battery, infect I am ready to pay for the new battery as soon as possible.

As per Swipe mail reply with amount and bank detail instruction, I had deposited Rs.700/- same day of the Swipe mail reply, i.e. Dt. 25-5-2016.

It is now, almost more then 2 months passed, after requesting many times yet I didn’t get new battery.

Now, I had already purchased new mobile for my daughter. The thing, it is very shocking and strange that after getting payment the Swipe has no care of his customer.

Now, I want to fight with Swipe and want to claim for the trouble which we faced.
