Complaint regarding delay in activation by Airtel

Airtel Called me up on around 20th march 2016 and allure me with some bill plans, and requested me to port my number from vodafone to Airtel.

I agreed to the offer since vodafone signal is not adequate in my office. So their representative came to my house and collected all documents along with Rupees 250 cash.

In this all process, vodafone disconnected my connection on 30th march 2016 , but Airtel has not activated it yet. And in this all hassle i am left with no connection. I have called up Airtel customer care so many times , but have not got satisfactory response. Then i personally visited their office in lajpat nagar , delhi, I was shocked to know that they had given me wrong Sim, and i was told this all process has to start from scratch again. And documents will be collected again and it will take atleast 2-3 days to start the connection. And after this inconvenience not a single apology from their side. We can expect this from govt companies, but people go for private company services only because of some professionalism. I was appalled to see their response. They said they cant do anything. I could not do any online bank transacions, or any other transactions because OTP comes on mobile only. I am suffering because of incovenience caued by Airtel.
