Complaint regarding delay in activation of JIO SIM

I bought a LYF phone for Jio connection on 31/08/2016. I received Jio order no. on 1/09/2016. It has been 15 days and my connection is not yet activated. I have lodged a complaint with Jio customer care on 06/09/2016(Complaint no. is SR000001CJRR)and they keep making excuses and asking for patience whenever I call to followup. Without connection getting activated the phone have no use for me. Reliance tricked me into buying it’s phone. I feel cheated by Reliance. Please help me.
