The service provided by Idea to close my broadband Account is disgusting and I will never suggest anyone to avail Idea Broadband Services. I have raised a request to close my broadband account on 16/11/2016. And the reply was it will be deactivated in 48 hours. I chased them again, when bill got generated for December month and they provide a scripted reply that there is some system error that is why we are not able to close the account. Again a ticket is generated and they claimed it will be deactivated in 48 hours. Again now in January month,bill is generated,now the outstanding amount is 2300 Rs. Again I raised a request and they said due to some technical issues,we are not able to close the request.It will get deactivated in 24 hours.

There is no proper escalation matrix, so that if there is no satisfying replies from their customer care executives,we can escalate it to Manager. Excuses and Excuses. Why they need a window of 15 days to close an account where a new account is opened in single day. I have attached all the generated requests pdf,last payment done before deactivating the account.
