Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Firstflight

I have been highly dissatisfied by the services provided by First Flight! My consignment (Tracking Number: B991Z6528341) was given from Mumbai on 1st October 2015. It was supposed to be delivered to Bareilly, UP latest by 10th October 2015. The tracking device shows the delivery date to be 8th October 2015. However, the parcel was not received by us. On 3rd November 2015 I checked into their Bareilly office to inquire about the status, to find out the their team was keeping the parcel for the past 1 month. The parcel contained my PAN Card issued from Income Tax Department. However, the casual attitude and behavior of the concerned person at Bareilly office is not acceptable. Making an excuse that my address was not locatable and not contacting me on my contact number is not professional at all.

In addition to it, when I drafted the same mail to the higher authorities of First Flight asking for an explanation, no reply was received from their end. This is highly casual and un-professional behavior displayed by the firm. Kindly look into it at the earliest possible.
