I placed an order of two products at jabong.com on 5th October 2015 having order number-151005266870153 containig one reebok floater and a andrew hill formal shoe and paid the amount by my debit card. After placing the order i recieved a notification that my product will be delivered by 10th of October. I was relaxed because i had a function to attend on 10th october and 13th october. But on 9th of october i made a call at jabong costumer care and asked them to deliver the product before 11am for my convinienve, to which they said they will try there level best to deliver the product as i requested.
Then i recieved a notificatiion that an attempt to deliver the product will be made on 9th and if they fail to locate my address then they will contact me. That day passed and i recieved a notification that address could not be located so they will attempt the delivery again but i didnt recieved any call from the delivery person for any help in delivery and i had recieved some other products from jabong earlier also. The same thing happened on 10th and i got harassed at the end, and had to rush to different stores in emergency to get a new pair of floaters as they failed to deliver the product on 10th, 11th and 13th of october. I called costumer care on 9th to ask why i didnt got a call regarding my address was not found by the delivery person and they replied they are sorry and my complain is escalated and the delivery man will call me but they didnt contacted me niether on 10th or 11th or 13th of october. Now today its 14th and i havnt recievd any calls yet though i have complained many times about this on jabong costumer care.
Please help me out and accept my complains and take legal actions against them.
