Complaint regarding delay in delivery by myntra

I ordered 6 products from Myntra, on 24th June 2018 & 13 July 2018. & because of fitting issue I make a return request on Myntra. Now date is 6th August 2018 , still my products didn’t collect by Myntra. I’m continuously make call them , they only saying that your product will be pickup by 1st August or 3rd August. But now they are ignoring me. Please do something Sir/madam.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
