I Purchased a freeze from Snapdeal. This freeze was to be delivered between 12 th to 15 February 2016. This was as per the schedule of M/s Blue Dart courier i.e. courier agent of Sanpdeal. This freeze arrived in Indore warehouse at 4.00 am, on February 14, 2016 and was dumped in Indore ware house for approx. 50 hrs and delivered on February 16, 2016 at 4.00 pm. This was because of the carelessness and casual attitude of Blue Dart courier staff at Indore office. I lodged a complaint to M/s Blue dart courier and asked compensation of Rs. 10000/- for the same regarding this. In reply to my mail Blue Dart accepted their mistake and told that the claim will be settled through Snapdeal.
Therefore I wrote many mails to Snapdeal regarding this matter, and all communication was also copied to Mr. Kxxxl Bxxxxl CEO, Snapdeal. But unfortunately they did not take any action on this. After at least 10 reminders, Today they informed me that they can not give compensation for the same. So now I forced a lodge a compliant against them.
Sir, Here I want to draw your attention regarding different tariff for different type of delivery services they provide. They ask huge amount as delivery charges. Then they should also be penalized for their carelessness and casual attitude. Now sir I request you to please help me regarding this matter and instruct the concern company to pay the compensation of Rs. 10000/- against this.
