Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. However, even after one month he did not get his money back. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got refund by 25-01-2017.

Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. She posted her complaint with ICF on 25-02-2013 and the matter was taken up with Housefull. Finally, Ms. Mukherjee got her money back by 16-04-2013.

The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18. He posted his complaint with ICF on 12-01-2015 and got his money back with courier charges by 31-01-2015.
