I booked honda CB shine sp on dec 13,2015 and was promised vocally by the honda showroom at bhandup east, pilot honda about the delivery in the first week of Jan,2016. I was making a comparison with other bike manufacturers and was vocally promised that with a little higher booking amount i may be preferred for the delivery, which made me deposit 5000/- instead of 1000/-. I started approaching showroom after first week of january and was avoided saying that the bike has not arrived yet and will be coming in some time. i lodged a complain by calling over the customer care in on 25 jan and then in february with complaint numbers 1-2080272763 and 1-1874733908 respectively. The customer care executive kept repeating the facts and also putting me on hold all the time ultimately i was promised about a call back from the CONCERNED DEPARTMENT which i have not recived till date. In the mean time showroom people remained the same with no satisfactory answer to me. On the 63 day since the date of booking , i called up customer care and after going through the painful procedure of being on hold and on hold and on hold i again got the assurance of call back from the so much repeated THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT , but fortunately this time i did recieve the call and was told that there is shrotage in demand and supply and the upcoming vehicles are in transit and they are not sure about the delivery time and the same can not be confirmed . On being asked about the reasons of non-del-very , i was told that there is no reason , its a demand and supply gap equation.

The entire process has been completely unpleasant and i was dealt in a prity unsatisfactory manner not only from the side of authorised honda distributor but also from Honda side too. Please let me know if there is and redressal of my complaint.
