Submitted application for changing existing connection to FTTH on 4th October 2018 at Nitte office. But till today we have not received any communication regarding the connection and no action is taken in this regard. Further, in the existing connection the Wifi is not worked and even if we complain, it works for an hour after the repair. Unnecessarily we are paying every month Rs. 1700 without using WIFI and landline. Kindly look into the matter and help us to overcome this difficulty.
