Complaint regarding delay in Iphone 6 service

I submitted my device for repair on 12.02.2018. I was committed that I will be intimated within 48 hours about my device. But I received no response from their side. When I approached them, they started behaving rudely and committed me that the device will be delivered after 3 working days. This is the 10th day and I have not received my device till date. They are saying that Apple Diagnostic Centre has not dispatched the phone and they dont have any update. I want my device back as I am facing trouble in my work without my phone. Ple help me.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
