Complaint regarding delay in mediclaim settlement

National insurance Medi Claim 14XXXXX3 Pending since April 2017 (approved Amt 88,501/-). Value: 88501. My Claim is approved for 88,501 in April 2017 and yet the company has not settled (reimbursed the amount). There is no update as to where it is stuck and nobody is responding with details.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
