I submitted my mobile phone in micromax service centre, M/S CSD Inception on 12/04/2016 as my phone was over heating. They promised to fix the issue within 15 days but its about to be 3 months and I didn’t got my phone back. They offered me an old repaired phone as a replacement which I didn’t accepted as my phone was in a very good condition. Then I got assurance from micromax head office that I will receive another handset in good condition and of the similar value but the service center personnel refused it and said that I have to accept the old repaired phone which they offered earlier and they behaved rudely. Now after almost 3 months I didn’t got my handset back from them and they are totally irresponsible. They are simply harrasing me. Now I want a new mobile phone or refund of my handset price. Kindly resolve the issue.
