Complaint regarding delay in Micromax mobile servicing

I had purchased the above mobile and found that the ringer had a problem. Gave it to Service center at Vashi (VASHI TELECOM) on 5th Dec and post checking it they told that its motherboard/IC has a problem. I was told that they would send it to head office and I would get it in 15 days. Today even after 45 days I am yet to receive a replacement.

Everytime I follow up they say they have not received any update from head office. I call up one Mr. Jxxxxxh whose number was given to me by the service center saying he is from Micromax. When called him and complaiined he said he will look into it and call back but never received any call and I called him several time but never respond.

Today 16th Jan when I went to service centre Mr. Nxxxxxxh who says he is the manager of the centre told they have not received any update and handset is still with the head office and when I asked for the copy of follow up mails, he took 45 mins but still did not gave me the printout.

Micromax is just harrasing the users. WHile I was in the service center for about 45mins I found 2 more users whose handsets were sent to head office and they were told that they would get it back in a day or two but it was almost 1 month and their story was same.

Micromax claims to be the 2nd largest sellers of handset but I believe they have more disappointed customers and provide 3rd grade customer service.
