Complaint regarding delay in PF withdrawal

I have applied on PF office to withdraw my PF amount in my active account. But 2 month has been passed still no amount has been debited in my account. I have visited may time to PF Office but no better response given by office member. Also I have tried to connect via helpline no but PF helpline no is not responding.So please help me to withdraw my PF amount in my account as i need it as an emergency basis.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
