Complaint regarding delay in refund from Tikona

I made a request for cancellation of Tikona service and initiate a refund on 4 th of September 2018 however when later called the tikona advisor they said that they have a initiated a refund request on 3rd of October 2018( after one whole month) when later called to know the same status they said that I will be getting my refund my 3rd of November 2018( that is today) So when called today an advisor is stating that they need another 15 days to provide my refund.. And I haven’t received any confirmatory mail recently, and it’s been more than 3 months !!! So are they playing tennis with the customers????
Do they value the customers??
I don’t understand how they re even running the company with such a false promises . Really unhappy with Tikona Please help if possible
The worst part is no advisor of the Company is able to tell me the date of my refund which freaks me out!!!!!
