I bought a micromax tv online on 6/10/2016 with 1+2 years extended warranty. My TV got blank automatically. no picture was visible on the screen, it was completely blank(black). On 5/2/2018, I did complaint regarding the issue. from 5/2/2018 to 6/3/2018 their service agent and costumer care staff did not take any action on it and said online purchase has service issue. On 7/3/2018, they said to visit service Centre with TV. I went there and handed over my TV to them and they said it to be return on 9/3/2018. I went to service Centre but TV was not repaired and there was again some issues on TV screen. They said TV will get replaced by company but it will take time, so you carry it with you and use it. I denied and didn’t receive it as it was not in watching condition. they said, wait for some time we will inform you for it get replaced by company. I called micromax customer care on 10/3/2018 to confirm my TV status, they said your TV will now go for RM(replacement),I will take more than a month for the same. then, I wrote email to the company at ce.customercare@micromaxinfo.com . then after I mailed them 10/3/2018 at 12:32,10/3/2018 at 22:29,14/3/2018 at 17:38, 19/03/2018 at 17:34 16/04/2018 at 15:41. they replied me initially and said that from 15/3/2018 to 14/04/2018 your issue will be resolve, if it did not happened then we will do it on priority basis on next day within 4 hrs. but all their time has passed without any result. Now I am tired of it and finally writing it to you. we have no means of infotainment at home other than TV. Entered 3rd month without it.
