I purchased kurl on spring mattress in 2013 which was having 5 years replacement warranty. This year(jun 2016) it got teared up and inner material stared coming out. I called kurl on customer care and registered an complaint on 21 jun 2016. Kurl on’s executive visited my home next for verification purpose. He finished it and sent report to concern team. Since when i didn’t get any call from kurl on regarding status of my complaint. I called customer care and get to know my mattress need to be replaced as it’s under warranty. but it have been more than 1.5 months, it is not getting replaced. Whenever i called customer care, they told me to wait 3 or 4 days to get call from kurl on. but i never get any. I dropped mail to customer care of kurl on but it didn’t work. I got faded up with service provided by this company. Please let me know how can i get me complaint resolved by kurl on. My complaint number in kurl on is 1355230.
