Complaint regarding delay in service by Balaj Motors dealer

I have bajaj pulsar rs 200 .I bought bike on 9th March,2016 from Ashwini motors chiplun. I gave my bike for repair on 22nd February, 2017. My complaint is on Ashwini Motors and Bajaj pulsar as Ashwini Motors are saying that Bajaj dont have parts so they cannot give my bike until Bajaj dont provide them vehicle parts and when I went to Ashwini and had a word with the owner. Infact the owner started arguing and told me do whatever you want as I don’t get scared of anyone infact he is supporting his employees and saying that we had send mail to bajaj so bajaj people are responsible and not my staff. In one month they had mailed to Bajaj only once. One month had finished and still both companies are not doing my work. I want you people should take action very seriously on both companies as soon as possible. If bajaj dont have parts then why they are selling rs 200 bike, they are not giving proper service to anyone many people are fedup with ashwini motors service. If bajaj not making production of any parts of that bike then why they are selling .
