I have submitted my phone at LeEco service center due to damaged screen on 23-may-2016. They said screen replacement policy is that you need to pay 4000+service charge + state tax etc and charged me a total of 4506 INR.
I was promised a 7-8 day interval by the leEco Email customer support team, and the service center promised me a 20 day window.
Its 10-June-2016 and I am still without my phone, So i called up LeEco Customer support team and they say that they still need a 10 to 15 days time to delive me my phone.
This is not the only case of poor service.Their forum is all filled up with complaints like this and they hardly ever care.
