Complaint regarding delay in service by Motorola

I own a Moto G 2nd Gen handset, which was purchased from Flipkart.com on 22th November 2014. From August 2015, I was facing network issues in my handset device, earlier I used to think that it was an issue of the network service provider, but when I inserted my SIM Card in some other handset, then I wasn’t getting any problems.

From then on, I came to know that it’s the issue of my Moto handset. I had a live chat session with Motorola service support team regarding this, they suggested me to take my phone to a service center to get it repaired as according to them the sim ports of my handset are not functioning properly.

On 19th September 2015, I visited one of the authorized service center in Janak Puri, West Delhi. The attendant in the service center told me that they need one week’s time to repair it as the mother board is to be replaced. I asked about money, to that they said I don’t have to pay anything as my phone is under warranty.

After one week, when I asked the status of my handset, they said they need one week’s more time, as they are not getting the mother board parts from the company. And now, it’s been over 4 weeks now, I haven’t got my phone back from the service center.

Every time when I call, they give the same reason again and again that they don’t have the motherboard parts and they’ve ordered from the company. In these 4 weeks, I have contacted Motorola Support team many times, they are saying that it’s the fault of the service center. And the service center is blaming the company.

No one is giving a clear reason about why my handset is not yet repaired.

I work at Google India, so talking to Motorola was quite easy as it’s our former company but the service center people are not at all responding well.

I’d request to kindly take up my case, and help me talk to the Motorola team regarding this.

    i ha bought my moto g3 16gb gb since next day of buying my phone phone is getting complaint about camera, lagging, data loss, keypad/touch screen, battery backup and heating issue since 3 days they promised to give my phone in a day and its been 3 days i have not received my phone back such a poor service ever seen my any company apple and nokia are far better than that. flipkart send me screw less phone and even there is not a single day replacement 30days replacement is totally false.
