I purchased Sony xperia z3 from a shop in my town the shop keeper suggested me to get my gadget insured so I insured it with Syska Gadget Secure. On 29/11/2015 I met a minor accident n my cell was damaged so I claimed it in syska the complaint was registered on same day they customer executive told me that my cell n required documents would be collected in some days from my town(claim no 1511296100)

On 10/12/15 the cell and documents were collected the representative told that the claim process will be started in couple of days after that its been more than 45 days I daily call n ask about the status of the cell they say it’s in process it will take some time there haven’t been proper reply from any representative even the senior representative in pune said that that our branch in Mumbai having address (102, 1st floor, madhava building, near family court, bandra E ,Mumbai 51) ain’t functioning proper that u only go there and ask the status of ur cell so I said that m from ulhasnagar it would cost me 6 hrs of travel to go n come that I can’t. so she replied that so u have no other option that to wait until the process is completed its been around 50 days still the haven’t got the estimate of damage.
