Complaint regarding delivery by Amazon

I ordered Bean bag without beans on 4th of Oct 2016 the delivery date was 10th of Oct till 17th of Oct the package was not delivered and providing me false reason stating that “The Customer was not home ” apart from that providing me false number of delivery guys, no option to contact delivery department.

And above all customer care does not respond well and keep repeating the same script which they have been provided
Everytime the customer has to face the issue and due to company policies they cant help u, So in anyway the only person getting troubles or any person facing this issue is you and yourself and no one going to help in any manner.
