Complaint regarding delivery by Amazon

Sir/Madam, I placed an order in Amazon India on 1st October 2016 & also paid money, it was expected to be delivered on 4th , & on 3rd it was out for delivery but at end of the day they said that they attempted twice but no response from me (they didn’t even call me) so I complained about this to Amazon customer service (because I got message that it will be returned to seller in 5working days) & on 4th October morning , I saw same message saying out for delivery & the amazon agent no., then I called him & said that am waiting (he was searching for my package, I.e updated wrong status) after 2hours I called to amazon customer care & they inform agent to deliver, but the agent is not ready to deliver my package ( because I complained abt him to customer care) & at end of the 2nd day same message that they attempted but no response from me ( though I provided 2 mobile no. & also I personally called him thrice & he didn’t pick up intentionally) & I called amazon customer care (15 or 16th time in 2days) but still they didn’t solve (my tracking ID – 211148101768)
