Complaint regarding delivery from Snapdeal

Placed an order on snapdeal week back and paid in advance,was promised that it will delivered within 3-4 days but it has been 8 days still not received,also tracking status of product shows that it is near my hub but still they can’t deliver to me,now i doubt they even have dispatched my order,also a guy from their customer service promised that they would deliver my product next day of calling but they didn’t. will never order any order from snapdeal next time.
