Complaint regarding delivery of defective Redmi phone

I bought mi 3s from redimi official site mi.com but when I revived the product it was not working the device was not even turning on so request mi customer care for replacement so they said they will call me in 24 hours about replacement but it’s been more than 8 days still they didn’t called and when asked them they always said they will call in 24 hours but they never did so kindly please help me about this problem I need replacement or refund please help me.
