I purchased my Dell inspiron 3543 laptop on 28th Feb 2016 and since then (from the day of purchase) my laptop keeps on hanging and internet also automatically gets disconnected.

I went to the dealer from where I purchased the laptop and he also agreed on the problem after checking the system and asked me to contact the dell support.

So,I connected the customer support centre they kept on call for an hour but after that also the problem did not get resolved after which they again kept on call for an hour and asked me to follow certain steps . As the issue was persistent so I demanded them to send their executive to help me with the problem to which they denied and asked me to be on call to solve the problem which was very inconvenient as I had been on call for a very long time and time consuming.

Also, I look a day off to resolve my problem and at 6 p.m. while trying to resolve the problem they told me that their working hours are over now so they will resolve the issue afterwards. the tone with with the support personnel talked was not good.

I purchased this laptop after saving money from my salary and i am not getting the solution which i should be getting after investing the sum. the way the support resolves the problem seems like we are working under them.
