Complaint regarding Dell inspiron service

I want to file a case against Dell. I purchased a Dell Laptop Model 14 R inspirion 5437 with touch Screen in the Month of May 2014 for Rs. 52000 approx. Service Tag# 5CSH3Z1. Warranty Cover upto 28 May 2015. I faced mother board issue then in 19Feb 2015 it’s replaced then again after few days Bottom Base of Laptop changed and Speaker also changed. Then again on 16 April 2015 optical drive and speaker changed, Then again in 27th April 2015 again one more time Mother Board changed, optical Drive changed, Palm Rest changed, Heat Sink Assembly changed, Now this time Wi-Fi card need to be changed. Today dated 4 April I submitted my laptop I told all my problem but one of the from service center named Axxxj.. Start saying Sir Apple laptop lena hi nahi change the khuch or late and many more things And start threatening me sir aapki service Board go kayseri main event mail jar doing aapka record Dell main Red Flag go Jayega fir consumer court bhi khuch nahi jar page I hear Jackie,,,, then we had some argument then I say as Mxxxxxxe shakiness rate ho kind consumer court khuch nahi jar payed…. And their lots of things he told me. But finally I came by submitting my laptop…. 5 TO 6 times my laptop got operated with so hard my system not look like new one anymore.. But now I don’t need anymore services from Dell, I need Refund/Unit replacement and also claim against Dell…. They physically and mentally tortured me and playing with my time and emotions….. Please Help me because you are the only hope… After listning the threatening word I decided I must file a case against Dell. I need Refund/unit Replacement…… Please do the needful.
