I bought DELL inspiron 3542 laptop from reliance digital store from kota rajasthan, i secured my laptop with reliance resq plan and took extended warranty from resq.

One day i was working with my laptop then suddenly it stop displaying anything when i diagnosed the issue i wound that my motherboard crashed so i gave it to reliance digital store in vellore on 18th march 2016 as they said that they will be sending the laptop to chennai service center(SRI SAI SERVICE, BANK STREET, KILPAUK UNDER CHEIF EXECUTIVE-SxxxxxxA RxxxO K). They told me that they will be returning my laptop within a week or two, then i called them to know the status of my laptop after the given time they said that they couldnt do it and they will be giving me it back in another two week. After waiting for over a month i then called them again then also they asked for time of 2 weeks i then waited for my laptop for 2 months then i myself visited the chennai service center which is around 150 km from my place then i came to know that they hadnt started till then when i asked them for my laptop they told to wait for couple of hours i waited then they stared making my laptop they returned my laptop after 2 hours but the laptop wasnt working, keyboard was also not working after getting frustaed from all this i visited to dell service center, they repaired it but they told me that the motherboard they resq people fixed was not same as the original it doesnt got the external graphic card and they told that you have been cheated. Then when i returned to my hometown which is in kanpur i visited the resq service center and asked them about the change of graphic card said please again go to the service center in chennai and get it corrected. now i have invested around 5000/- more on my laptop after its i extended warranty and then also doesnt getting the good output. so its a humble request to forum to take action against these resq people as soon as possible.
