Complaint regarding Dell laptop warranty issues with Flipkart

I purchased Dell Laptop in Feb 2017 with 1 year warranty. In Oct 2017 my screen got damaged. When I went to Dell Service centre, they said warranty has expired on 13 April 2017. Since then we are writing flipkart to either extend warranty or refund money. Though they promised to refund money, till date they have not refunded the money back. Please help me get my money back as I have not got 1 year warranty.
