Complaint regarding Dell service

I am Syed Mujahed, I have purchesd Dell Inspiron Laptop on December-2015 and facing problem since Jan-2016 to Present, i have verbally talk to them they not resolve my problem finally i started mailing to solve my issue you can see from which days i started to tell them for solving my problem but they dont have

1) No one is good professional Software and hardware engineers
2) Dont have Accessories in my case (Hard disk and Laptop Screen)
3) Not intrested to solve problem just they are playing with us.
4) i need to goto thier office after getting Appointments they are not intrested to come customer place.
5) they dont want to give high priority to solve our problem
6) always we need to call them and try to resolve our problem.
