I had a ACT connection before once due to some reasons it got suspended, and i paid all the dues what ever was there. After some time i shifted my place so i wanted the ACT connection again, so i called them up, they made all the excuse that it is not available and all, after some time they came then i asked them about the connection they said its available, then to get that connection it took another 4 weeks almost. At the start their sales guy came i told him i want to activate my account again and wanted shift it to my new place. So he told me that i have to pay an amount of 300 for shifting so i said ok. then my connection got activation 29 of may night, then on 1st i am getting a call saying i have to pay a sum of 549 which is due. On asking what this sum they failed in giving proper explanation. Some times they said its the previous due, which first of all was not there, then they are saying that its my new connection deposit. i didn’t pay until they didn’t gave me a proper explanation, after some time they blocked my account, after that i paid because i needed the connection. I feel betrayed. I need justice or a proper explanation. I am gone sue their company, but as i am just a student i cant get in to this. if you guys can help me out it would be a great help.
